Introduction

Ultimate Frisbee is fun, social, good exercise and exciting. I'm from Philadelphia and moved to Alexandria to have a more reasonable commute for my job in downtown D.C.

What is your experience playing Ultimate Frisbee?

I've played in the WAFC recreational league for 2 seasons and I will be playing this summer, too. I try to find pick up games sometimes.
