I enjoy playing frisbee. It is a great way to get exercise and enjoy the outdoors.
What is your experience playing Ultimate Frisbee?
only limited experience playing ultimate frisbee but i would often go out with 1 or 2 friends for a nice leisurely "throw and catch"
